Vaultverse promises that it will never sell or trade your personal information, even in financially challenging situations or if offered a huge sum of money. Your trust is more valuable to vaultverse than any financial gain. Please note that third-party services we use, such as Discord, Google Forms, or YouTube, have their own privacy policies and practices. Vaultverse is not responsible for how these services handle your data.
Your information may be shared with moderators or admins only for community management or contest purposes.
We may disclose information if required by law or legal authorities.

4. Data Storage & Security

Contest data (emails, Discord usernames, and submissions) is stored in my database for a maximum of 3 weeks in most contests:
- 2 weeks for voting
- 1 week after the contest ends for administrative purposes
In special cases, such as summer or winter holidays, data may be stored slightly longer due to extended contest timelines or school-related voting collection.
All contest data is stored locally on my MacBook, so only authorised Vaultverse staff have access.
Data is securely deleted after the contest, including emptying the Trash and ensuring no recoverable copies remain, which greatly reduces the likelihood of data breaches.
Temporary backups containing contest data are overwritten as per standard backup rotation procedures.

Optional subscription emails:

Emails provided for website subscriptions are stored separately from contest data and can be unsubscribed from at any time.

5. Your rights:

You have the following rights regarding your personal information:

Access: Request the personal information we hold about you.
Correction: Request corrections to any inaccurate information.
Deletion: Request deletion of your personal information.
Opt-Out: Withdraw consent for newsletters or communications.
